Aliyah Dowdy
Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, and now proud to call Atlanta home, Aliyah Dowdy is passionate about helping others live comfortably and with dignity. A graduate of The Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s in Human Development, she brings both heart and expertise to her work at Rise and Shine Health Services.
Aliyah believes true care is rooted in compassion, trust, and connection. Her mission is to ensure every client feels valued, supported, and cared for like family.

Juan Wilson
Juan Wilson, a graduate of Virginia Union University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, has been an entrepreneur since 2015, successfully leading businesses in restaurants, real estate, and mental health services in Virginia. With a strong passion for helping people, Juan now brings his experience and dedication to home health care in Georgia. His focus is on delivering compassionate, client-centered care while ensuring every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
